Leschenault Biosecurity Group is serving as program adminstrator for WA State NRM Grant Funded Program, “Four LGAs, One Weed”. This program is aimed at bolstering Arum Lily control at eligible sites within the Local Government Authorities (LGAs) of Busselton, Bunbury, Capel and Harvey.

The Leschenault Biosecurity Group (LBG) is partnering with the environmental and natural resource management teams in the Shires of Capel and Harvey, the Cities of Bunbury and Busselton for implementation of a two-year State Natural Resources Management (SNRM) funded program to tackle Arum Lily infestations through ground-based reconnaissance, mapping, treatment, and monitoring. This targeted initiative aims to address and control Arum lily spread in eligible sites, helping to protect and preserve local ecosystems with much needed grant funding.  LBG is providing overall adminstration of this program in addition to other project implementation tasks.

Free Herbicide, Guidance & Equipment Loan is available to support eligible landholders who will undertake Arum Lily control on their private properties.

Herbicide Kits are available to landholders to support their individual Arum Lily control efforts, including the following components.  (Click on links to download related documents)
